So I’ve just completely gone off the mark, havent worked out since sunday, out my way out of my workout, bought KFC for the first time in like a month, i feel so terrible I NEEED to get back on my mark, I NEED to.

tried on a belly top for the first time yesterday, NEARLY there!
Didnt work out for two days because I was out with the girls kept to my deficit tho, made sure of it. I feel like I havent worked out in ages

For some reason it felt a bit more challenging than day one, perhaps it’s because I slept on my shoulder but still a good workout, however I feel like 20minutes a day is definitely not enough and because I dont have a heart rate monitor yet, I’m not sure if I’m reaching my goal of burning 340 calories per day. -____-
GOOD WORKOUT
I attempted ripped in 30 on fitness TV and even though my legs were in pain for the next two days, and I had to limp to a from college it felt so good, I felt so good, so I bought the 30 day shred DVD and I am going to do it! I don’t have my heart rate monitor yet so I cant track how many calories I’ve burned :( But result is result.
Lets see how this goes.
