I don’t want to be fat anymore I want to weigh 130 pounds so I have to lose 76 pounds, this will take about 38-40 weeks about 9 months, I can do it! I downloaded an app called FitnessPal and basically it helps me know how much I should it eat. you can get it on all smart phones and also online at myFitnesPal.com you can log all your foods that you eat and exercise. I would recommend that you get a heart rate monitor to know how many calories you burn.
My story, right now I’m 206 pounds, 5ft5 and 17 years old.
Big right? yeah see at first people used to call me fat and make fun of me for being big, but who the fuck cares I like food.
Initially started purging and being an over weight anorexic, didn’t really work. Some days I felt to just commit suicide because I was so upset with my weight. Started finding “love” in stupid places, being totally insecure with myself feeling so ugly and alone.
Tried almost every fad diet every get skinny quick scheme, then I met my friend Aryan who I confided in, he taught me about food, how to think of it.
YOU CAN LOVE FOOD, JUST DONT LOVE IT TOO MUCH.
See I now realise I can eat, as much HEALTHY food as I like as long as I BURN IT OFF to get to my net calorie intake.

I decided not to lose weight because of the boy I could never get or the girls that looked so nice in shorts, I decided to lose weight for ME! and ONLY ME! because now, I am confident fat or thin, I just want to be healthy and have a long life!
